Part of the application process is our initial telephone interview. Phone conversations give us the opportunity to meet and get to know you as well as learn about your personal circumstances and evaluate the likelyhood of our ability to meet your needs. Puppy placement is a very important task for us - we want you to be happy with your pup and confident about adding a new family member to your home.

After the telephone interview, you need to fill out the following form and send it in with your deposit.
